Andy Watts
Sales & Marketing Director

Andy joined the business in 1997 and has been responsible in the main part for the growth of the housing sector portfolio. Having a design based education, Andy has also worked in advertising sales - which provide him with excellent hands-on experience of the design and marketing trade. Andy also co-runs an advertising & marketing course in London aimed at providers within the affordable housing market - a particular area of specialism. He is very rarely in the office and spends most of his time meeting clients, old and new, co-ordinating and managing on-going projects.
